libya-protests2011It is belived that at least 20 people lost their lifes and more than 200 injured Friday in the Benghazi, Libya’s second-largest city, said a medical source in Benghazi who remained anaonymus.

The casualties started as number of Libyans took to the streets to be heard against leader Moammar Gadhafi, witnesses said.

The medical source said, since the protests began Friday’s killings came to 50 since lastTuesday .

Hospital in Benghazi confirmed that common injuries were bullet wounds to the head, chest and neck.

With sources at al-Jala, Amnesty International belives, that security forces have killed at least 46 last three days,
