Globalist PMs who are destroying own countries

Two countries.
Two leaders who inherited difficult economies.
One leader faced pressure to resign despite lower unemployment, lower inflation, and an economy that, while weak, was still growing.
The other remains in office while Canada has higher unemployment, higher inflation, and an economy that has contracted in recent quarters.
This isn’t about cheering for one country or criticizing another.
It’s about asking a simple question:
Why are leaders judged so differently?
If economic performance is the standard, then the standard should apply equally to everyone.
Justin Trudeau left office after years of rising inflation, a housing crisis, declining productivity, record deficits, and affordability challenges that Canadians continue to feel today.
Mark Carney inherited many of those same challenges, yet Canada’s unemployment has risen to 6.6%, inflation is back up to 3.2%, and economic growth has remained weak enough that Canada has experienced negative GDP growth in recent quarters.
Meanwhile, in the U.K., Keir Starmer has faced intense political pressure despite lower unemployment, lower inflation, and an economy that has remained in positive territory.
You don’t have to agree with any of these leaders to ask a fair question:
Shouldn’t governments be judged by results rather than partisan loyalty?
If poor economic performance is unacceptable in one country, or by one man…why is it excused in another?
